BEST-IN-CLASS TRAINING

DockMaster’s Pro Training Team offers several choices for training your staff. Whether it’s a new employee, more advanced users looking level up, or improving best practices – we have a solution for you.

*If you are a Gold Support Client each session counts as 1 Credit against your Gold Training Sessions. Gold Support customers are given a coupon code and hours are deducted from the yearly allotment.

 On-Line Group Training

Group Training Sessions are offered on most Tuesdays and Thursdays all year long with both morning and afternoon sessions available. Classes are repeated about every 6 weeks. Sessions typically are 2 hours but some run a little longer and some run a little shorter depending on the content and class participation. After each class we welcome discussion & questions, giving participants a chance to interact with peers.  See below for our Group Training Classes schedule.

 

One-on-One (On-Line) Training and Consulting

Our Training Team offers customized trainings for the unique needs of your team. When requesting One-on-One Training one of our senior trainers will contact you to discuss your goals then make recommendations to help you accomplish them. You may have as many participants as you want attend the private sessions from either their own work stations or in a group setting.

 

On-Site Training and Consulting

A senior trainer will come to your facility to train & consult, review processes & procedures and recommend best practices. There is a 2-day minimum for on-site visits and all travel expenses are payable by your company.

 

Participants without Gold Support Contract

The fee for On-Line Group Training is just $175 per registrant. That means you can have several participants using a single registration by joining the session from a conference room setting or by just having one or more sit around a single workstation.

One-on-One (On-Line) Training is billable at $175 per hour and you are only billed for time used once the training and consulting is complete.
