DockMaster Software Will Re-Sell ARI’s PartSmart® Product

Milwaukee, Wis., March 5, 2008 – ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that connect equipment dealers, distributors and manufacturers, today announced that DockMaster Software of North Palm Beach, Florida, will re-sell ARI’s PartSmart^® product to provide its customers with an electronic parts and service catalog.

DockMaster Software is the developer of the DockMaster^® product, one of the nation’s premier management system developers in the Marine Industry, with more than 700 customers. Under the agreement, DockMaster will replace its current in-house developed electronic parts catalog, FicheMaster, with PartSmart and provide an interface from their DockMaster business management system to PartSmart. During the first year of the agreement, DockMaster will have rights to distribute PartSmart to its customers. In year two, ARI will assume full responsibility for direct licensing, maintenance and distribution of PartSmart to DockMaster customers.

According to Collins, many of DockMaster’s current customers use PartSmart today for manufacturer catalogs not supported by FicheMaster. “Since many of our customers have been requesting that we provide an interface to ARI’s PartSmart product, we believe they will quickly make the move from FicheMaster to PartSmart.”
