About DockMaster

Keith Beaty serves as Exuma Technologies’ Chairman of the Board. Keith is an avid boater and fisherman who has traveled the western hemisphere enjoying a wide variety of angling from fly fishing for salmon to trolling for marlin. With over 30-years of business management experience, Keith brings business discipline and operational insight to the company. Keith is the co-founder of Implant Innovations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; a subsidiary of BIOMET. Keith has served as a director at Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan in West Palm Beach, FL and Larry Smith Electronics in Riviera Beach, FL.

With over 20 years of sales, marketing and operational experience in software technology, Cam is leading Exuma into new markets through the adoption of web-based technologies. A native Floridian, Cam has been boating and fishing around the southern coast of Florida and northern Bahamas most of his life. Prior to Exuma, Cam was Director of Alliances for Interwoven for three years. Cam arrived at Interwoven in 1999 through the sale of Lexington Software Associates, a consulting firm he co-founded in 1997. Cam’s blog posts can be found at www.marinemanagementtoday.com.

Margo has 35+ years of marine industry experience including ownership and management of marine dealerships, Director of Dealer Systems, eCommerce and National Customer Service for Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing, Director of eBusiness for MarineMax and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Adam has a BS in Computer Science and has been an integral part of the development and design of DockMaster Software products for 13-years.

Dale Irwin Joined the Exuma team in April of 2002, but her career in the marine industry didn’t start here. Dale’s life’s work began at the age of 12 working in her father’s offshore marine engine business’s parts room to managing the Parts/Inventory and Information Systems Division for Allied Marine Group, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dale’s more than 40 years of industry experience is invaluable in her role at DockMaster. She is not only a DockMaster Software expert, but she has created and implemented some of the most important best-practices for Parts-Inventory management and applied them to use in the DockMaster System. She also puts her knowledge to use by training the other trainers on system functionality and best-practice consulting.

Kris comes from a background in accounting and worked for a full service marine facility utilizing DockMaster as their Bookkeeper prior to her move to DockMaster. Kris joined the DockMaster team in 1999 as a support technician. Her leadership and problem solving skills were evident and she quickly excelled and took on a role in the Quality Assurance department where she spent years learning the architecture and functionality of the DockMaster Product Suite. Natural leadership, problem solving skills, product knowledge and respect from her peers landed Kris the Support Management position in early 2007. Her natural leadership ability and extensive product knowledge make her one of the foremost company experts in system functionality and troubleshooting. Her determination and focus on process improvement are invaluable assets to the DockMaster organization.

Jerry has 30-years of experience in accounting, finance and software development. Ten of those years include developing a very strong operational and technical understanding of DockMaster. Jerry not only understands the functional details of DockMaster across all of the modules and how it ties back into the DockMaster Finance module, but he also has a very good grasp of the DockMaster system architecture. Furthermore, Jerry has programming experience and works closely with both Development and Quality Assurance. Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant.
